This house on Main Street in Batavia definitely went from drab to fab! We drive past this house everyday and were excited to bring it back to life. It was truly an honor to be featured in Professional Remodeler Magazine as their Model ReModel project of the year. We were also pleased to be included in the Batavia Housewalk again. One of the biggest changes to this home was the addition that was added over the existing sunroom. This allowed us to add a master bathroom and custom closet. Even the old front door was reused as a sliding “barn style” closet door. We hope the owners love it as much as we do!
Kitchen Remodel – Batavia
This kitchen remodel in Batavia, with custom Amish cabinetry, stayed in the original footprint of the kitchen. The new extended countertop allows for extra counter seating. A custom barn door was added to the pantry. What a great, stylish, and updated look for this family!
Hendee Street Remodel – Elgin
This uninhabitable four square home was the worst house in the neighborhood. Vines were even growing into the living room through broken windows. The salvaged stairway, columns, and pocket doors highlight the charm in this lovely rehabbed home.
